Pakistan contacts with India over Indian spy Clubbhushan case.

ISLAMABAD (06-Aug-2020) Pakistan has re-contacted India on the issue of Indian terrorist Kulbhushan Yadav. According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, India has been re-offered to appoint a lawyer in the Kulbhushan Yadav case. It is said that India was contacted in the light of the decision of the Islamabad High Court.
A division bench of the Islamabad High Court comprising Chief Justice Atharmanullah and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb directed the government of Pakistan to offer to re-appoint India and Kulbhushan Yadav as legal representatives and adjourned the hearing till September 3. Strict security measures were taken in the High Court before the hearing on the request of the government of Pakistan to appoint Kulbhushan Yadav as a lawyer. During the hearing, Chief Justice Athar Minallah directed the Attorney General of Pakistan Khalid Javed to state the background of the Kulbhushan case. The general argued that Kulbhushan Yadav was arrested on March 3, 2016, for entering Pakistan illegally and confessed to being involved in terrorist activities at the behest of RAW.

Has been given full right to appeal against the death sentence, Kulbhushan Yadav has been given consular access twice on the direction of the International Court of Justice, Kulbhushan Yadav and India have refused to take the help of a lawyer, The International Court of Justice issued a restraining order on the death penalty which The Chief Justice inquired whether there was still a stay order against the execution of the death penalty, to which the Attorney General replied that there was a stay order of the International Court of Justice on the death penalty and that the decision of the International Court of Justice had been implemented. India has been given consular access to Kulbhushan Yadav twice. Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb asked whether India had accepted consular access both times. The Attorney General said that India has twice had consular access while the third time no access has been taken. India is running away from the decision of the International Court of Justice. India wants to give the impression that Kulbhushan Yadav is not being given consular access. He wants to fulfill his duty according to the decision of the International Court of Justice
