NAB Niazi nexus involved in attack on Maryam's car and workers: Shahbaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD (11-Aug-2020) Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Leader of the Opposition Shabhaz Sharif has strongly condemned the police shelling of workers, stoning of Maryam Nawaz's car and attack on the workers and said that NAB is a fascist of Niazi Nexus. And dictatorship is reprehensible, shameful and regrettable. He said in his response to the police pelting on Maryam Nawaz and the workers that NAB Niazi Nexus was involved in shelling, pelting stones and attacking Maryam Betty's car.

Imran Niazi is on a negative path of undemocratic, illegal and political revenge against political opponents. He said that NAB was not intimidated by the fascism of Niazi Nexus before and would not be in the future. On the other hand, NAB has decided to register a case against PML-N leaders and workers. According to the NAB statement, Maryam Nawaz was summoned to take a stand in her personal capacity, but the PML-N workers systematically displayed bullying, stoning and disorderly conduct.

The stone pelting shattered the windows of NAB and injured its officials. During the 20 years of NAB, the constitutional and national body was treated in this manner. NAB has no affiliation with any political party or group. Performs all actions in accordance with the Constitution and the law. It has also been decided to register an FIR against the PML-N leaders and workers for interfering in the affairs of the government. This FIR will be registered today. The NAB statement was issued after the approval of the NAB chairman.
